Morgan, the owner, treated me horribly in his store and brought me to tears. He quoted $2000 for a custom ring on a wednesday, and when I went in on Friday to put down the deposit, the price had changed to $3500!!! No apologies or "sorry I screwed up the quote." Just a take it or leave it attitude. Well, needless to say, we left it, and went to Balanos where they did the same ring, same design, and actually with larger stone for $1500. I wasn't upset that Morgan's prices were higher. I was upset with the way he treated me in the store. Like I was dirt and he marked his price way up purposefully so that I wouldn't give him the business. He was a total jerk to me and I'll never set foot in Jewelry by Morgan again.
